FounderHi, I'm Ashley!
I began Hosted to create a hospitality and design focused property management firm on St Simons Island. With keen focus on quality over quantity I have been able to spend time connecting with owners and guests alike to focus on what matters most to them. I believes that well designed homes perform best - and love to incorporate my interior design services to optimize homes in the Hosted portfolio. In marrying the worlds of design and hospitality we are able to create the most profitable and memorable properties. In my free time I love traveling, cooking, and spending time with my husband and our four children.

Director of OperationsHi, I'm Mattie!
I am our "boots-on-the-ground" manager, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the properties in our portfolio. I ensure quality control of cleans and smooth turnovers between guests, identifying any issues in the properties and executing quick solutions. I love to focus my attention on client and guest experience and love to make sure anyone visiting our homes has a memorable and enjoyable stay. In my free time I enjoy days at the beach, traveling (NYC is my fav!), and spending time with my friends and family.
